Craig Point is a real Ironman, in every sense of the word.

Point is a top scorer for the Minnesota Swarm. He is also, by day, many days, an iron worker.

Most NLL players have day jobs, as the professional sport is still in its infancy, and salaries in the pro game are much like baseball payrolls from its early days. Coaches simply require them to report to a practice or two each week and make it to the game itself. Point makes more money as an ironworker, but as much as hammering away at the construction job is his avocation, hammering away at NLL goalies is his profession.
