Indoor fan and baseball fan turned out in record numbers this year, but the baseball fans just slightly edged out sports fans with a roof over their heads.

The venues of more than 800 teams were considered fair game for the ranking. Fans were allowed one vote from an IP address. Votes coming from club offices' IPs were discounted.
