The Angels prospect is batting .355 this season. That puts him near the top of the pack, the league leaders, with hits (75), runs (47), and SLG, (.521) while also pulling down a very low 29 strikeouts.

He is not purely a tree-trunk hitter. He has stolen 12 bases so far this season.

Kendrick’s performance in low-A may warrant a call up to the big hitting California League, where he should be right at home.

The Angels are a farm system club, making his chances for advancement always bright if Kendrick continues to perform at this level and stay healthy.
